Discover
We start to enquire your company, industry and try to figure out what you’re looking for. We just make sure to acquire as much knowledge and background as possible about your goals or problems or ideas or business plans. We also do a market research and competitive analysis with regards to your product and business plans
Analyse
The input from the first phase is sorted out, analysed and converted into action items. We also come up with the timelines, budget, technology & deliverables. We make sure to clarify on any dependencies or prerequisites that is needed for us to start or maintain the work, with everything in place, to make sure there is no last minute surprises
Ideate
We start experimenting, drawing, sketching and conceptualization. We do this is iteratively, until we reach an acceptable & feasible prototype to work with and involve you in finalize the design and concept for the best possible solution
Build
On finalization on the design, concept, strategy and vision, we document it and sign-off everything with you in the picture. With everything done, we start the actual work to make and manufacture it and bring everything together to bundle is a final product
Deliver
Once we are done with the product, we test it, we quality assurance, do all sorts of reviews and iterate this phase as well to make sure we resolve any issues and create a high quality result. When done with all that, we deploy it in the live production environment for the user to start using and enjoying it
Grow
The project has gone out in the world, but we still be a part of it all the way, taking our own steps to monitor and test it, to find more improvement areas and come up with future ideas. We still feel accountable for the result, even when it is rolled out. since, it is our reflection of work and we would love to see it grow over time
